Your training at a glance

Course leader: Ralph Steuernagel (Ayurveda Medical Consultant)

Classic Ayurveda Compact is aimed at anyone who would like a concise and well-founded introduction to the oldest health teachings of mankind. Based on an understanding of Ayurvedic thinking, we experience the world of Ayurveda nutrition, lifestyle and psychology. Knowledge of the science of food and medicinal plants enables us to work with Ayurveda products.

Private individuals can integrate the acquired knowledge into their own lives, support their family and friends, age healthier and happier. You will gain a deeper insight into the connections between body, senses, mind and self.

Professionals from the medical professions (including doctors, alternative practitioners, psychotherapists, pharmacists) and healthcare professions (including nursing professions, MTAs, PTAs, physiotherapists, dieticians) use this course to lay the foundations for their future counselling work.

Yoga teachers and yoga practitioners will particularly benefit from this training, in which the similarities and differences, synergies and contrasts between Ayurveda and yoga are presented.
