This was actually thought for a long time until science began to investigate the phenomenon. Today we know that charisma is both inherited and acquired and changes throughout a person's life.
Not at all. There are numerous examples from politics, business, film and television that prove the opposite. Nevertheless, an attractive appearance reinforces the charismatic perception.
Yes, there are different styles of charisma and not every charismatic person stands on stages and inspires crowds. Typical examples are poets and thinkers as well as spiritual teachers.

The power of first impressions has been extensively researched by scientists. Within seconds, we form a judgement about the person's face, clothing, posture and surroundings, even if this is based on experience rather than actual personality traits.

The triad of charismatic qualities is an important basis on which we will orientate ourselves: PRESENCE. POWER. WARMTH. You will find out exactly what these three forces mean, what obstacles are blocking their development and how you can strengthen them.
Charisma begins in the Head and expresses itself through our Body language and our Behaviour out. We shed light on all three areas and experience them directly: your beliefs (especially obstructive self-concepts), your non-verbal communication, your proactive behaviour and your reactions to unexpected stimuli.
Another powerful tool for expressing charisma is the use of our Voice, which is primarily intended to convey appreciation, clarity, strength and compassion. You will learn how to modulate your voice to suit the situation with the help of many exercises.
The knowledge of charisma and its expression in daily life strengthens your Self-confidence and Self-confidence. It helps to overcome fear of failure.

Our Coaching & Training consists of three parts within 4 weeks:
Charisma Assessment | 1.5 hours
Charisma Training | 4 hours
Charisma Transfer | 1.5 hours
We recommend that your assessment and transfer online via video and the training with us personally on site to take place. If travelling is too time-consuming for you, all three parts can also be completed online via livestream.
In advance, you will receive a questionnaire for reflection and the first task for preparation.
In the Charisma Assessment we analyse your current situation and your desire for change.
The Charisma Training is the centrepiece of our work. In numerous exercises and role plays, you will learn how to reach people and make a lasting impression in front of an „audience“ and on camera.
The Charisma Transfer helps you to identify with your new radiance and to bring your new style into the world, both privately and professionally.
Your investment in our eight-hour coaching & training programme is €897 plus VAT.
This includes preparation (1h), assessment (1.5h), training (4h) and transfer (1.5h). In the assessment and transfer we work in threes with Corina & Ralph (at no extra charge). The training is divided into individual sessions with Ralph or Corina as required.
If the assessment reveals a lower demand or the desire for individual topics, the amount is reduced and is invoiced at €120/h per coach depending on the time required.
We recommend the full coaching & training programme for the original value of €1320 plus VAT - saving you €423 plus VAT!
