Well Aging & Healthy Longevity is the interaction of several disciplines with the aim of living longer, healthier, more beautiful, biologically younger and happier.

Extending life means not shortening it and preventing premature ageing. If your biological clock is running ahead of your chronological clock, it can be turned back to the correct rhythm of nature.

In the Healthy Longevity Institute At EURASIAMED, we study global ageing research on a daily basis, place it in a holistic context and pass on our knowledge.

Birth, ageing and death are natural.

The question is not, whether - but like we age. Biologically, functionally, psychologically and socially.

This HOW is largely behavioural and can be influenced: above all through our diet, breathing, exercise, sleep, personal hygiene, preventive and curative measures and mental training.

Healthy longevity is only possible if we think, feel and act in a multidimensional and holistic way.

The oldest longevity traditions of mankind originate from India (Ayurveda), China (TCM) and Ancient Greece (Hippocrates).

To make their timeless wisdom effective and useful, we place them in a scientific, modern context.

Conversely, we use the findings of longevity research to develop effective measures.
