Since April 2024, we have been one of the first practices in Germany to activate this exclusive communication platform with the online reception of 321med.
It replaces our previous e-mail communication almost completely and organisational telephone enquiries to a large extent. This allows us to devote more time and attention to you.
You can easily and securely send short messages and medical documents as attachments via the chat function.
The online reception is available on all devices (desktop, tablet, smartphone). We usually reply within 24 hours.

Please use our secure Jameda doctors’ portal to select first whether you would like to have a video consultation – from the comfort of anywhere in the world – or an in-person appointment at our private practice in Bad Soden am Taunus, near Frankfurt am Main.
Then select the type of appointment – e.g. initial consultation or follow-up appointment. The next available slots for each option will be displayed immediately.
Once you have selected your preferred time on the relevant day, you will be redirected straight to our booking system. Please fill in all the required fields there, and you will then receive a booking confirmation by email and text message.
