A new job profile is emerging...

Become part of our movement

Today, we still live in an anti-ageing society in which ageing is perceived and fought against as a punishment. We want to change this mindset.

The renowned futurologist Matthias Horx speaks of the vision of a society that „lives from the revaluation and rediscovery of wisdom in old age“.

In times of AI and social media, it is more important than ever to differentiate and make the best decisions.

Healthy Longevity: East meets West

Understanding ageing holistically means

  • Changing perspectives,
  • Discover causes,
  • Accepting challenges,
  • Mobilise resources,
  • Make decisions,
  • Develop strategies.

Western high-tech science meets Eastern longevity traditions of Ayurveda and Chinese medicine.

As a Longevity Health Coach...

you accompany people in their ageing process and provide sensitive advice on medical, psychological, philosophical and spiritual issues in order to lead a long, healthy and happy life.

In addition to technical and scientific expertise in prevention, rejuvenation and healthy longevity, you will learn methods from coaching, consulting, training and mentoring for a professional longevity consultation.

Is this training programme suitable for me?

Well Aging and Healthy Longevity are interdisciplinary and combine preventive and curative interventions.

The extensive thematic diversity is also reflected in the Target groups who we are targeting. They range from therapists, social and health professions, coaches and educators to providers in the fields of sport, fitness, wellness and cosmetics, as well as activities in tourism and the hotel industry, industry and retail - online and offline.

To answer the question of the right diet for healthy longevity, it is worth taking a look at the five Blue Zones - regions where people live longer than average. These include Okinawa (Japan), Icaria (Greece), Sardinia (Italy), Nicoya (Costa Rica) and Loma Linda (USA). They all have a plant-based diet in common, but the other habits vary considerably in some cases. The Well Aging diet at EURASIAMED combines the knowledge of traditional health teachings from Asia (China, Japan and India) with the latest findings from ageing research to form a flexible unit.

The outstanding importance of targeted exercise training for healthy ageing has only been researched in detail in numerous scientific studies in recent years. This involves far more than 10,000 steps a day and regular visits to the gym.

You will learn to differentiate between all five basic motor skills and integrate them into weekly training plans in an age- and load-appropriate way. The basis of all forms of movement is our harmonious breathing, the effect of which you will experience live - in theory and practice.

Our circadian sleep-wake rhythm is of paramount importance for healthy ageing. Sleep deprivation and sleep disorders are associated with long-term physical and psychological complaints and trigger the development of numerous chronic diseases.

In this module, we get to the bottom of sleep and its numerous myths and learn from our renowned sleep researcher and psychotherapist Carolin which methods bring our inner clock back into the healthy rhythm of nature.

The second part is dedicated to all the rhythms of the day, the seasons and phases of life from the western scientific and eastern-traditional perspectives of Ayurveda and TCM.

One of the first organs by which we can see and feel our - possibly premature - ageing is the skin and its appendages (hair and nails). Skin rejuvenation is therefore one of the main concerns that clients bring to your future Well Aging Consultation.

Our training is about understanding the causes of premature skin ageing and counteracting them holistically from the inside and outside. Learn to recognise scientifically untenable promises made by the cosmetics industry and replace them with sound advice.

The Residential medicine analyses building fabric, interior design and environment (biological, chemical, physical) in the context of health needs and challenges.

Biohacking and longevity have arrived in Europe. As is so often the case, the megatrend originated in the USA. IT genius and Bulletproof founder Dave Asprey is considered the „Father of Biohacking“ and, according to his own statements, wants to live to be 180 years old. Is it all just hocus-pocus and money-making?

What exactly is behind the self-optimisation methods and their underlying biofeedback analyses using devices such as smartwatches, smart rings, HRV, EEG bands and glucose tracking? How do cryotherapy, IHHT, red light and much more affect our ageing?

More and more high performers in sport and business are utilising these opportunities to improve their performance and strengthen their health. What can we learn from them and apply to our own lives and longevity coaching? What is the current state of research?

Ageing is much more than the decline of physical functions and structural degeneration. The continuous process of change and transformation evokes deep thoughts, feelings and sensations. How old am I and how do I feel, how old do I want to be - and why?

What does life mean to me and what is the meaning of longevity? How can I develop a sensitivity for the melancholy beauty in the transience of all things?

This module is the most in-depth in the entire training programme and combines neurobiological, psychological, philosophical and spiritual elements. Find out your Why!

We welcome a special guest in this module: Prof Dr Dietmar Grichnik, an expert in entrepreneurship, business start-ups and entrepreneurial living, gives us insights into his research on extending the healthy lifespan from an economic perspective. He also shows us ways in which solo self-employed people can survive the longevity megatrend.

  • Session 1: Entrepreneurial Health, Productivity and Longevity - Research & Insights
  • Session 2: Paths to self-employment as a Well Aging & Longevity Coach for solopreneurs

In the second part of this module, we look at charisma and your ability to bring out positive qualities in others. Charisma starts in the mind and is expressed through our body language and behaviour.

An important basis on which we will orientate ourselves is the triad of charismatic qualities: PRESENCE. POWER. WARMTH. You will learn exactly what these three forces mean, what obstacles block their development and how you can strengthen them.

Your hosts and training managers

Healthy Longevity is not just a „business“ for us, but has been a matter close to our hearts for 25 years.
Healthy, happy and meaningful ageing (well ageing) is not a luxury, but a human right.
Together with you, we want to spread this message and provide holistic support to those seeking help.

What sets us apart

The mega edge Healthy Longevity is on everyone's lips.

It is becoming increasingly difficult for clients and professionals to find their way through this labyrinth.

Here you can find out what you will find here - and what you won't:

Holistic approach from East and West

We understand healthy, happy and meaningful ageing in a multidimensional way: physically, sensually, mentally and spiritually. You will learn to accompany Healthy Longevity medically, psychologically and philosophically.

Tradition meets modern science: this claim has accompanied EURASIAMED since 1998. We combine traditional teachings from Asia (Ayurveda, TCM) and Europe with modern longevity research to form a holistic unit.

Expertise through 30 years of experience

You only develop expert status through years of experience in applying what you have learnt. We have been working as therapists, coaches, trainers and mentors for 30 years and have helped thousands of clients.

You will not only learn theories from books, but also proven, effective methods from our practical work. Your self-awareness begins in our experimental workshop as a central part of your training.

Daily work with clients

Our daily work in our own practice, both on site and online via video consultation, constantly puts all measures to the test and enables continuous further development.

We regularly test the effectiveness of new diagnostic and therapeutic procedures, communication tools and coaching techniques. We pass on our findings and encourage you to get started.

Coaching and counselling skills

Expertise is good, but not enough. To be able to support people holistically in their ageing process, you need analytical and communication skills as well as advanced coaching expertise.

We have developed a system that makes it much easier for you to start working with people: with CCC - Charismatic Coaching & Consulting you develop your charismatic personality as a health coach.

Business development as a solopreneur

The longevity market has been developing at breakneck speed worldwide since 2021 with big players from industry, research and medical societies. In this dynamic, many feel overwhelmed and incompetent.

This is exactly where we support you in recognising, developing and spreading your value. Ageing people need empathetic companions at every stage of their lives, not prestigious institutions.

140 hours LIVE + many add-ons

The centrepiece of your training is the 140 hours of LIVE training - of which approx. 50 hours are on site and 90 hours online - with Ralph, Corina and selected guest lecturers. The contact with your teachers and colleagues is irreplaceable.

High-tech is one of our trademarks: There is no „zooming“ here, but a multi-media experience is created using professional live streaming and choreography. Add-on videos and texts round off the teaching content.

Well Aging: The journey is the reward

What used to be anti-ageing is now called healthy longevity. In our view, both terms are unfortunate: we are neither working against ageing nor in favour of longevity at any price.

Our focus is on the process of ageing well: Well-Aging encompasses physical and psychological Well-Being. Instead of just More years of life we promote More life to the (as many healthy ones as possible) years.

Changing perspectives

Healthy longevity measures must be personalised and implemented individually. There is no right or wrong, but only beneficial or detrimental in the respective temporal and motivational context.

There is therefore no one-size-fits-all rejuvenating diet, exercise or supplementation. That's why neither AI nor social media content can replace your valuable work as a Longevity Health Coach replace.

Personalised support with heart

The most important quality we want to instil in our aspiring Longevity Health Coaches is a kind, compassionate heart. Ageing healthily, happily and meaningfully is anything but easy.

Accompanying people on their life journey with their biography and all its challenges is far more than giving longevity advice based on epigenetic testing. It is a deeply spiritual process.

Our long-term vision

We want to spread Healthy Longevity as a Holistic Health Coach in the spirit of multidimensional Well Aging in our society and in the professional world.

We draw on the latest findings of modern research and combine them with the timeless wisdom of ancient cultures from East and West.

To find answers to the question of life: Why do I want to grow old and how?

Your most frequently asked questions

How much time should I plan each week?

It all depends on how in-depth you want to go. We recommend scheduling at least 5 hours per week to be able to repeat and deepen all course content.

In addition to theoretical knowledge, your self-experience in our experimental workshop is very important. Every month you will be given suggestions for experiencing what you have learnt on your own body and practising with test subjects.

Of course, we hope to inspire you so much with our topics that you will want to spend every free hour on them. Well ageing is not Labour, but The joy of life.

Do I have to take the final exam?

No, but we recommend it - especially if you want to work with it professionally in the future and accompany people.

Some people, especially older prospective students, have unjustified fears about exams. If a qualification is important to you, face up to it - we can help you with 28 years of experience as a training provider.

Nevertheless, feel completely free to decide in the course of the training whether you would like to take the exam. The registration period only ends with the 12th and final module.

How does the final exam work?

Our final certificate is a proof of competence, which is provided online through your written and oral examination 8-12 weeks after the last module.

The written part consists of 24 questions, half of which are multiple choice and the other half free answers. The oral part includes a 30-minute coaching session in the context of a Healthy Longevity consultation as you have learnt it.

Written counts for two, oral for one third. You have successfully passed from 75%. The examination fee including preparation and certification is € 250.00 plus VAT.

Which age group are you targeting with this training programme?

Above all, mature people with a certain amount of life experience - starting from around 40 years of age, there is no upper limit. The training is also a great opportunity for people over 60 who want to dedicate themselves to a new task and be a role model for their future clients.

Younger participants are of course just as welcome as private individuals, but should talk to us before registering to discuss their realistic prospects as a professional. We want the knowledge acquired to be successfully put into practice.

Which professional groups are authorised to work as LHCs?

Well Aging & Healthy Longevity concerns us All and can therefore be integrated into many professional activities. Some examples are

  • Preventive and therapeutic healthcare professions
  • Social and educational professions
  • Counselling professions, coaching, training, mentoring
  • Sport, fitness, wellness, cosmetics
  • Online business (services and sales)
  • Artistic professions and activities related to nature
  • Tourism, catering, hotel industry
  • Industry and trade

If your profession is not listed and you are looking for guidance, please contact us personally.

In Germany, there are no legal restrictions on preventive work as a Longevity Health Coach. If you would like to work therapeutically and treat illnesses, you must have the status of a doctor or alternative practitioner.

What prior knowledge do I need?

Basically none, as you will receive everything you need to know from us. Of course, you will understand medical or psychological issues more quickly if you have the relevant basic knowledge.

However, we are not training geriatricians or geriatric psychologists here, but people who, with their holistic knowledge, will become valuable advisors on healthy and happy ageing.

Do I need technical knowledge to participate?

Basic knowledge is all you need: All you need is an internet-enabled computer with a webcam and microphone. We will provide you with detailed step-by-step instructions, which have already been mastered by over-80s.

See this as an opportunity to familiarise yourself a little more with digital developments. You will also give this recommendation to your clients in future, as participation in social life depends on it to a large extent.

Of course, we also address the topics of AI and social media in a sensible and measured context. Feel completely free to decide whether and how you would like to integrate these in the future.

How long do I have access to all course content?

The price includes your 15-month access to our tried-and-tested LMS (Learning Management System) until 31/12/2017.

This is your cockpit during the entire training and you will find all recordings, add-on videos, scripta, exercises for self-awareness, literature recommendations and links to interesting websites and important tools.

After 31.12.27 you also have the option of a three-month extension at the cost price of €50.

What happens if I am unable to attend an appointment?

This is no problem at all, as we record all online teaching units and meetings and upload them directly to the LMS the following day. This means you can easily catch up on missed content and repeat it as your time allows.

Of course, we recommend being present at as many live events as possible - to experience the present moment together, exchange ideas, inspire each other and learn from each other.

To become a certified Longevity Health Coach, a live online attendance rate of 75% and on-site attendance at both modules 1 and 12 is required.

If you are unable to attend one of the two face-to-face seminars, you can make up for this in the next year, subject to places being available. Please contact us personally if required.

How can I successfully earn money as an LHC?

There are many possibilities here, depending a) on your current resources and b) on your specific business idea. Here are a few examples:

  • As Therapist In your own practice, you can directly start a Healthy Longevity consultation, in which, after the BA2-method to determine biological age and initiate targeted measures.
  • As Pedagogue you can offer preventative individual counselling in appropriate facilities and also reach out to groups.
  • Do you work in a Nursing profession, This way, you can make the best possible use of your acquired knowledge for those affected and their relatives.
  • As Coach or Consultant in other specialist areas (e.g. business), you can expand your activities to include Holistic Health and Longevity.

If you can't identify with any of the above examples, please get in touch with us for a personal discussion about your prospects.

How can I continue my education after my training?

We particularly love this question! Because it shows that you have a feel for the depth and complexity of the topic.

In the first 120 teaching hours, which are available to us LIVE, we can lay a solid foundation. You will build up a toolbox of methods that you can use to help many people and, of course, yourself.

From 2028, you will then have the opportunity to work as part of our Advanced Trainings deepen individual topics and acquire new counselling and coaching skills.

Healthy longevity means lifelong learning and growth.

Are you building a network or a community?

We would like that very much. It depends on your personal commitment and involvement. During the training programme, we will stay in touch online between modules via a closed group. And hope that the contact will continue afterwards.

In future, we would like to use our website to inform the public, present our graduates and their fields of activity and provide links to them. We are also working with our team of experts on quality management so that our participants can clearly distinguish themselves from dubious providers.
