Ageing with a Purpose

Holistic Longevity Professional

One-year course in Holistic Longevity Medicine & Psychology

The most important question is not how long we live.

But rather, how we live as we get older.

Holistic Longevity

Why some people grow old in good health – and others do not

The story behind our vision…

Holistic Longevity Professional

Rethinking health. Providing holistic support for people.

Become part of our movement

We still live in an anti-ageing society, where ageing is often seen as a loss and something to be fought against. We would like to change this perspective.

The renowned futurologist Matthias Horx speaks of a vision of a society that thrives on the „revaluation and rediscovery of the wisdom of age“.

In an age of AI and social media, the ability to identify what is essential and make wise decisions is becoming one of the most important skills of the future.

Ayurveda meets Longevity

The world’s oldest teachings on longevity meet modern science

With its history stretching back over 2,000 years, The Rasayana Concept Ayurveda is regarded as one of the oldest systematic teachings on longevity in human history.

To help you better understand and contextualise traditional Ayurvedic concepts as part of the training, you will also be given access to our standalone online course Classic Ayurveda Compact.

The course covers the key fundamentals of Ayurveda and can be taken independently of the Holistic Longevity one-year training programme.

Classic Ayurveda Compact · Online course · Value: €597

Our Holistic Longevity Concept draws on this valuable knowledge and combines it with insights from modern medicine, psychology and the latest research into longevity.

This is a deliberate decision not a traditional Ayurvedic training programme. Rather, Ayurvedic ways of thinking and principles run through almost all the modules – supplemented by scientific findings, modern preventive medicine and psychological concepts.

The result is a training programme that combines tradition with the future.

Anyone who understands Ayurveda will quickly realise that,

that Holistic Longevity is its contemporary

further development for the 21st century.

Holistic Longevity Wheel

by EURASIAMED®

As Holistic Longevity Professional

You will learn to understand healthy ageing from different perspectives and to effectively integrate the eight spheres of our Longevity Wheel.

The Wheel serves as a framework to help you categorise biological, psychological and lifestyle-related factors in a nuanced way and to apply Holistic Longevity professionally in line with your existing qualifications.

The result is not a rigid framework, but a personalised approach to health, wellbeing, prevention and personal development.

Your personal Longevital year

Holistic Longevity starts with you

During the one-year training programme, you will therefore not only acquire knowledge, but also experience, try out and reflect on many of the approaches taught.

In our LONGEVITAL Experimental Workshop Under expert guidance and support, you will explore which insights from medicine, psychology and wisdom are relevant to your own health, vitality and way of life.

This is how knowledge becomes personal experience – and how personal experience leads to a deeper understanding of the professional application of Holistic Longevity.

Your LONGEVITAL year also includes two personal perspectives:

After Module 1, you’ll have the opportunity to undertake an individual Longevity laboratory analysis at your own expense. The comprehensive assessment with Ralph forms part of your training.

After Module 6, you will receive a personalised Skin Longevity & Personal Identity Design Consultancy with Corina.

In this way, your year of training will also be a year of personal experience and development for your own health, vitality and quality of life.

Health starts on your plate. And it doesn’t end with your diet.

Diet is one of the most effective ways to ensure a healthy, energetic and long life. But is there actually such a thing as the one A diet for longevity?

Together, we analyse traditional dietary traditions such as Ayurveda, Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and the dietary habits of the Blue Zones, as well as the latest findings in nutritional medicine and ageing research. It becomes clear that healthy eating is not a rigid concept, but rather something that is personalised, flexible and tailored to different stages of life.

In addition, we will explore the possibilities and limitations of orthomolecular medicine. You will learn how to assess micronutrients in a targeted manner, interpret laboratory results effectively, and develop personalised supplement strategies that are both scientifically sound and practical.

Seminar excerpt from the last year
Living in harmony with nature is one of the most important keys to healthy ageing.

Healthy sleep is much more than just rest. It influences almost all of our body’s biological processes – from cell regeneration and metabolism to immune function, hormonal balance and mental health. Chronic sleep disorders are now among the most significant, yet at the same time most frequently underestimated, risk factors for healthy ageing.

Together with the sleep researcher and psychotherapist Dr Carolin Marx-Dick We will explore the scientific principles behind restful sleep and learn how our internal clock is influenced by light, exercise, diet and lifestyle. In addition, we will examine the biological rhythms of the day, the seasons and the stages of life from the perspective of Western chronobiology, as well as from the perspectives of Ayurveda and Traditional Chinese Medicine.

The skin tells stories. If you understand it, you understand the person.

The skin is far more than just our outer layer. It reflects biological ageing processes, is an expression of our lifestyle and, at the same time, a vital organ for health, identity and how we are perceived by others.

Hardly any other organ reveals healthy or premature ageing as clearly as our skin. That is why skin health is now one of the most important topics in modern longevity medicine.

In this module, you will learn to view skin health not in isolation, but from a holistic perspective. You will understand the biological mechanisms of skin ageing, as well as the influence of diet, the microbiome, hormones, inflammatory processes, UV exposure, sleep, stress and lifestyle on skin health.

Together with Corina, you’ll develop a scientifically grounded understanding of modern skin longevity and learn how to provide expert guidance to people – moving beyond short-term beauty promises and current lifestyle trends. Rather than merely masking symptoms, you’ll address the causes of biological skin ageing and develop sustainable strategies for a healthy, natural and authentic appearance.

Two levels. One shared idea.

How identity and living environments have a lasting impact on our health, our wellbeing and our lives.

Personal Identity Design refers to the conscious shaping of one’s appearance, behaviour and personal symbolism in harmony with one’s identity, values and stage of life. Together with the spaces we inhabit, this creates an external environment that influences our thoughts, feelings and actions, as well as our health and well-being.

Health is not solely a result of diet, exercise or medical care. It also develops through our relationship with ourselves, with other people and with the environment that surrounds us every day. Our clothing, our demeanour and the spaces in which we live and work shape our experience just as much as the way in which others perceive us.

In this module, you will learn how Personal Identity Design and salutogenic environments can become powerful resources for health, self-efficacy and personal development. Together with Corina, you will develop a deep understanding of how inner attitude and outer expression can be combined to form an authentic and harmonious personality.

In addition, we take a brief look at traditional Asian design concepts such as Feng Shui and Vastu Shastra. They demonstrate that the conscious design of living spaces that promote good health has been an integral part of Eastern health teachings for thousands of years and can still provide valuable inspiration for modern healthy living today.

Hormones don’t just control our bodies. They shape our lives.

Hormones influence virtually all biological processes in the human body – from energy, sleep and metabolism, through to mood, stress resilience and sexuality, right through to the skin, muscles and healthy ageing.

As we get older, the finely balanced interplay of hormones changes. The challenge, however, is not to optimise individual laboratory test results, but to understand hormonal changes holistically and to manage them responsibly.

In this module, you will gain a comprehensive overview of the most important human endocrine systems, modern diagnostic methods and therapeutic approaches currently under scientific debate. Together with experienced experts, you will learn about the benefits and limitations of bioidentical hormones, as well as the importance of lifestyle, nutrition, phytotherapy and interdisciplinary collaboration.

Seminar excerpt from the last year
A long life only becomes meaningful when we know what we are living for.

Healthy ageing means far more than simply maintaining physical functions. As the years go by, our values, relationships, roles and priorities also change – and with them, the questions we ask ourselves about our lives.

The key question in a Holistic Longevity Concept is therefore not just:

How can we live longer?

Rather:

What do we want to live for – and what makes life worth living for us?

Purpose gives our lives direction. Mental health gives us the psychological resilience to remain connected even in the face of uncertainty, pain and change. Wisdom helps us not only to endure impermanence, but to accept it as an essential part of a conscious and fulfilling life.

In this most personal and profound module of the training programme, we combine modern psychology and neurobiology with Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Compassion-Focused Therapy, Japanese Morita therapy and the wisdom traditions of the East and West.

Together, we explore what gives people a sense of inner direction, a sense of connection and resilience – and how, despite the inevitable upheavals, losses and transitions, we can continually reconnect with life.

Corina introduces you to the multifaceted world of ikigai: not as a simplified model for success, but as a living experience of purpose, fulfilment, personal growth and the value of life. Concepts such as Mono no Aware, Kintsugi, Imakoko and Ichigo Ichie offer a new perspective on imperfection, the here and now, and the beauty of transience.

Another key focus of the module is the Ayurvedic understanding of mental health. The Bhagavad Gita, classical yoga philosophy and Ayurveda all describe a timeless model of states of human consciousness through the Triguna – Sattva, Rajas and Tamas.

Together, we will explore how inner clarity, restlessness and inertia shape the way we think, feel and act – and how Sattva, as an expression of serenity, compassion, wisdom and inner balance, can be deliberately cultivated. This creates a fascinating link between traditional Indian psychology and modern concepts of mental health.

This module is the embodiment of AGING WITH A PURPOSE. It invites you not only to reflect on a long life, but also to develop your own personal understanding of a vibrant, connected and meaningful life.

The people behind Holistic Longevity

For us, Holistic Longevity is far more than just a professional focus –
It has been our shared passion for over 25 years.

What we stand for

Our approach to healthy ageing

AGING WITH PURPOSE rather than anti-ageing

For us, healthy ageing does not mean looking young for as long as possible or fighting the natural ageing process. Age is not a flaw of nature, but an expression of a life well lived.

We want to support people in taking a proactive approach to their health, so that they can live their lives with greater purpose, joy and inner freedom. After all, health is never an end in itself – it lays the foundation for a fulfilling life.

Medicine. Psychology. Wisdom.

Health does not arise from medical knowledge alone. Psychological factors, personal development and the experiences that people have accumulated over thousands of years are just as important.

That is why we combine modern medicine with psychology and the wisdom traditions of various cultures to form a shared understanding of what it means to be human.

Tradition meets modern science

We believe neither in romantic tradition nor in blind faith in technology. Both fall short.

Our approach combines the findings of modern longevity research with tried-and-tested health philosophies such as Ayurveda and other traditional medical systems and life sciences – in an evidence-based, critical and practical manner.

Developed from 30 years of practical experience

Our Holistic Longevity Concept was not conceived on the drawing board. It evolved over many years through our day-to-day work with people – in medicine, coaching, psychology and preventative care.

This experience makes the training particularly practical. Theory only becomes valuable when it genuinely helps people in their everyday lives.

Holistic Longevity starts with the ‘why’

The most important question is not: Which method is the most recent?

The most important question is: Why do I want to grow old in good health?

Those who know their personal ‘why’ make more sustainable decisions, feel more motivated and develop a deeper connection with themselves.

A fuller life. Not just more years.

Longevity is not an end in itself.

Our aim is not merely to extend our years, but to fill them with health, vitality, joy and purpose.

After all, quality of life is more important than life expectancy alone.

Personal development is part of training

Holistic Longevity cannot be learnt from books alone.

If you want to support other people, you always have to start with yourself.

That is why we see our training not only as a means of imparting knowledge, but also as a path to personal development.

People are more important than any biomarker

Diagnostics, laboratory test results and wearables provide valuable information.

However, they can never replace a person’s own personal experience.

That is why we regard measured values as a guide – not as the focus of our actions.

People always come before technology.

Healthy longevity is a human right

Healthy ageing must not be a matter of income.

Our aim is to make longevity understandable, practical and accessible to as many people as possible.

Health should bring people together – not exclude them.

We are shaping the future of healthy ageing

The world needs people who are rethinking healthcare.

People who combine medicine with humanity. Science with wisdom. Prevention with purpose.

Through our training programme, we aim to support precisely these people – so that knowledge can be transformed into a mindset. And so that this mindset can give rise to a new culture of healthy ageing.

FAQ – Your most frequently asked questions

Who is this training programme suitable for?

The training programme is aimed at people from a variety of professional backgrounds – in particular medicine, therapy, psychology, prevention, coaching, consultancy, training, fitness, wellness and beauty.

Even if you’re coming from a different background, you can still take part if you’re keen to gain a thorough understanding of healthy ageing and use this to develop a promising career path.

What prior knowledge do I need?

You do not need any prior knowledge of longevity medicine or Ayurveda. A variety of professional backgrounds and perspectives are expressly welcome.

Above all, what matters is your willingness to engage intensively with Holistic Longevity over the course of a year-long training programme – professionally, personally and through interaction with others.

What does „Holistic Longevity Professional“ mean?

‘Holistic Longevity Professional’ describes the interdisciplinary nature of our training programme – it is not a state-recognised or protected professional title.

You will expand your existing skills with in-depth knowledge and new perspectives from the fields of medicine, psychology and wisdom. How you subsequently apply these in your professional life will depend on your existing qualifications and the legal framework applicable to your role.

How is the training organised?

The annual training programme comprises 10 live modules running from 23 October 2026 to 17 October 2027: three three-day face-to-face seminars and seven interactive live online modules.

The joint seminars are complemented by practical teaching, case studies, professional discussion, supporting materials and our LONGEVITAL experimental workshop.

Can I watch the course content again?

Yes. The theoretical course content Our online live modules are recorded and are available to you in our learning area to support your annual training programme. This allows you to revise key content and explore individual topics in greater depth.

The interactive elements of the training take place exclusively in person. Breakout sessions, case studies, case conceptualisations, practical exercises, discussions and face-to-face exchanges are not recorded.

That is why active participation in the live modules remains an essential part of our learning experience.

What career opportunities will I have afterwards?

Holistic Longevity can be applied in very different ways depending on your professional background. The key factors are your existing qualifications, skills and professional remit.

That is precisely why we look not only at your training, but also at your personal Professional Identity and the question of how Holistic Longevity can be meaningfully integrated into your current or future field of work.

What role does Ayurveda play in training?

Ayurveda is one of the traditional foundations of our Holistic Longevity Concept; however, the training programme itself is not a traditional Ayurveda course.

To ensure that all participants can develop a shared basic understanding, you will also be given access to Classic Ayurveda Compact.

This self-paced online course teaches you the key fundamentals of Ayurvedic medicine and can be taken independently of the annual training programme.

What qualification will I receive?

Upon completion of the annual training programme, you will receive a personalised certificate from EURASIAMED confirming your participation and the training modules you have completed.

The training does not lead to a state-recognised vocational qualification, nor does it confer any legally regulated professional powers.

Is longevity just a passing fad?

Longevity is here to stay.

Our guest lecturer is also of this opinion Prof. Dr Dietmar Grichnik of the University of St Gallen convinced. He sees three key factors suggesting that longevity will become established in the long term:

  • a growing range through new technologies, diagnostics, prevention and personalisation,
  • a steadily growing demand for more healthy and active years of life, as well as
  • increasing capital, which is being invested in research, technology and new healthcare services.

A Hype can appear quickly and disappear just as quickly. A Megatrend is, by contrast, rooted in fundamental social changes and takes effect over many years or decades.

Longevity is undoubtedly attracting a great deal of attention at the moment. Behind this, however, lies a far more fundamental development: people are living longer – and the question of, how we can make the most of these extra years of life in the healthiest, happiest and most fulfilling way possible, is becoming increasingly important.

The crucial question, therefore, is not whether longevity is on the horizon, but how we deal with it.
