Step 1 | Cause avoidance

Ayurvedic medicine differs from many other therapies in its consistent causal approach. The causes of our acute or chronic complaints lie in three areas: incorrect Nutrition, unsustainable Lifestyle and mental misalignment.

In most cases, there are multiple causes. According to us in the ayurvedic diagnostics Once we have recognised the initial causes, we stop avoidable harmful stimuli and gradually turn to beneficial habits.

Step 2 | Purification and elimination - Shodhana

In Ayurveda, disease-causing factors are Dosha दोष are called. In the body they are called Vata, Pitta and Kapha. If they get out of hand, they attack the structures and channels of our body and damage them.

For this reason, excess dosha must be eliminated. Ayurveda offers cleansing methods via the gastrointestinal tract, urinary and respiratory tracts, skin and blood for this purpose. You will find out which cleansing procedures are required when and how during each consultation.

Step 3 | Multimodal symptom relief - Shamana

Cleansing is followed by soothing and alleviating your remaining complaints. This involves dietary correction, lifestyle changes, the prescription of herbal and mineral remedies and Ayurvedic-psychological methods.

The Ayurvedic therapy concept is based on an antipathic paradigm: cold is regulated by heat, moisture by dryness, heaviness by lightness. All measures can be categorised accordingly.
