Your inpatient or outpatient Ayurveda cure
Cures are intensive therapies over a limited period of time. Depending on the indication, they can be carried out on an inpatient or outpatient basis. The content of the treatment is based on the therapeutic needs of the spa guests and not on the package deals offered by a spa provider.
Inpatient cures should therefore not be „booked“ on the basis of a catalogue, but should be professionally selected, prepared, carried out and followed up. We can support you with our many years of spa experience.
Panchakarma - your Ayurveda detox cure
Why should we cleanse ourselves internally?
According to the Ayurvedic concept, harmful residues can accumulate over the course of a lifetime, causing an unphysiological shift in the body's environment. These potentially harmful substances are insufficiently eliminated via the natural excretion mechanism.
Ayurveda therefore recommends regularly ridding the body of these residues through targeted elimination procedures in order to keep the body and mind clean and thus remove the root of many diseases. Pure prevention!
What should you look out for when choosing a cure?
Pancha Karma is used for elimination and has a reducing effect on body tissue. This presupposes that the cure patient shows signs of „fullness“. Pancha Karma cures should only be carried out in qualified inpatient treatment centres with experienced medical staff, emergency equipment and psychological support.
Our private practice will prepare you professionally for your Ayurvedic cure and will continue to look after you individually afterwards in order to ensure that the success of your cure is sustainable.
